Citizenship implies a particular kind of interaction between the people and the government and has a political connotation by its very definition.
Citizens have a range of rights and obligations, including the right to have a say in decisions that affect the general welfare. They also have a responsibility to be interested in how governments allocate their funds and keep track of their spending.
As citizens of this country, it is our civic duty to be aware of and critical of how government offices spend their budgets because we will be impacted if the funds are not allocated in a manner that serves their intended purposes. Since budgeting enables everyone to create a spending plan for their money, it ensures that you will always have enough money for the things you need and the things you want.

People must have confidence in institutions and government representatives to act properly. As citizens, we must entrust them with the power to make decisions that will have an impact on us because we believe they will act morally. I believe that we should support whatever plans he has as long as they are for our benefit or the benefit of our nation. The leader who guides us successfully must provide the impression that they are aware of our goals. He must demonstrate that he understands the effects of his own actions and makes decisions that are straightforward and consistent.

As a regular citizen, one thing I can say about transparency and good governance is that governments should behave as the primary duty bearers on how they will conduct political affairs, processes, and institutions, including what programs, plans, and policies to prioritize, what laws to enact, how to allocate resources, and what structure to use. especially when they take activities that harm the general welfare. To ensure that the government truly serves the public interest, informed, organized, engaged, and nonviolent citizen participation is necessary. As a result, it is important for people to understand ideas like citizenship, politics, and governance. To decide on the proper use of authority and to make judgments regarding policy, they need knowledge in addition to the ability to speak up.

1. What is the difference between World English and World Engshes?

-In my quick reresearch here is the difference between World English and World Englishes. World English refers to the English language as a lingua franca used in business, trade, diplomacy and other areas of global activity, while World Englishes refers to the various varieties of English and English-based creoles that have been developed in different regions of the world.

Perhaps the most common classification of Englishes, especially in the language teaching world, has been to distinguish between English as a native language (ENL), English as a second language (ESL) and English as a foreign language (EFL).

With 2 billion speakers worldwide, English is the largest language by the number of speakers. It is also the third largest language by the number of native speakers. As the most common language, English has the power of connecting people from many different cultures, building relationships and understanding.

The fields of media, engineering, medicine, shipping, air travel, international business and commerce all rely on English as the common language which can facilitate communication between countries anywhere in the world.

2. How would to use English intellegibly?

-We can use English intelligibly in a clear and informative way to understand. We just need to be careful to speak clearly. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write, concisely and comprehensibly, basic forms of office correspondence.

If we shorten it, it says that a person creates innovations, either an initiative, a business or a company. He is the beginning and sometimes the end of an adventure, project or activity. The entrepreneur may not be the ideator, but he is definitely the one who decides to make that idea a reality.

That video said that entrepreneurs are in all kinds of industries and can have widely diverse backgrounds. This means that any entrepreneur can freely build even what kind of business they want.
Some build personal brands, while others work tirelessly on a physical product they believe in. Everyone will have a chance to work there whether they are entrepreneurs or even employees. Basically, anyone can be an entrepreneur, given an idea and the right tools to develop it into a functional business.

We all tend to associate entrepreneurship with direct financial benefits and risks, but not only when the entrepreneur has equity in the company, are exposed to financial fluctuations and downfalls. Corporate ventures and corporate entrepreneurship allow the corporate entrepreneur to benefit from the upsides of their projects without an equity stake.

I saw this photo in a fb post where we can see that it is about donating blood. This post does not violate any ethics of communication because it has truth and expression from the event. We can also see the good type of communication in a statement.

2.       Does the post condemn communication, degrade individual, contain distortion coercion, violence and other related aspects? How and why?

This post has a good social purpose and a good way of communicating. These posts are only allowed to encourage people to donate blood and not to force them to donate.

3.       Why does unethical communication threaten the quality of all communication, and consequently the wellbeing of individuals and society in which we live?

Because unethical communication greatly weakens relationships between people by destroying trust and communication skills. Unethical communication can also be harmful, but it has different effects on each level. Therefore unethical communication harms interpersonal relationships.

4.       What positive or negative consequences do you think may arise from this post?

For me, the positive outcome of this post is to encourage people to donate wich to help those in need. They can greatly contribute to reduce those who get sick by donating blood.

5.       Why is it important to be ethical in communicating nowadays especially in the time where social media is trending?

Ethical communication is important, because it strengthens people’s relationships through truth-telling, clear communication and accountability.

Aristotle was one of the greatest philosophers who ever lived and the first genuine scientist in history. He made pioneering contributions to all fields of philosophy and science, he invented the field of formal logic, and he identified the various scientific disciplines and explored their relationships to each other. One of his accomplishments is the Nicomachean Ethics which is the ethics I have discussed.
One of the particular subject lines I have discussed is “Aristotle’s most important study of personal morality and the ends of human life. It offers the modern reader many important insights into needs and behaviors of man. It gave me significance especially to my personality and what we are as a person. It expresses the perspective on human needs and behavior. Need is personally used by people such as food, water, air, clothing and shelter which we call as physiological need where it is connected to human behavior. Perhaps we should be disciplined people in the behavior and use of these needs.
This report simply changed my perspective on ethical principles in business practice. Morality is important and necessary within a business organization to improve society as a whole. It ranges from the behavior of each of the team members to that of the organization as a whole.

Yes, it is true that many have become poor now that there has been a pandemic, many have gone bankrupt, many have lost their jobs, this is the reason why many are starving due to lack of jobs. Now new normal, unity is the only key to the squandering of many. The government and the people will work together. Corporations provide stockholders with limited liability. What that means is that if the corporation is sued, the stockholder would not be held personally liable for any damages. Corporations can help the community by providing employment to the bereaved, by offering micro-loans to people to avoid poverty, these situations can be avoided by businesses to alleviate poverty. .

Job creation is important because many people got lost their jobs because of pandemic. Job creation help other people to get their new job.Work and business are very important whether there is a pandemic or not, because it is what keeps many people alive, it also supports our needs or even our preferences. If a person is prosperous and has a job he can also develop a corporation that will allow many to alleviate poverty. Through the taxes given by cooperatives in a community, people in society can receive help from the government, they can use it so that people can start their own business.
